Minutes of Board Meeting
April 13, 2010
The regular monthly meeting of the Sheridan Town Board was called to
order following the annual town meeting. All board members, the
treasurer, and the clerk were present. Also present were Don McWithey
and Jim Hoover.
Minutes of the March 9, 2010 meeting were read. M/S to approve the minutes as read. Motion passed.
The financial report was presented. M/S to accept the report as presented. Motion passed.
Vouchers were presented for inspection. The vouchers were approved as presented.
OLD BUSINESS:
Craig Wirth presented some information to the
board regarding the bridge on 1450th Ave. The proposal would be
to replace the bridge with either 3 round culverts or 2 box culverts,
and he is working on cost estimates
The application regarding the Prevailing Wage Law for projects on 1390th Ave and 490th St is pending a reply from the state.
NEW BUSINESS:
Jim Hoover requested that the board meet with
the Planning Commission this summer to discuss zoning and receive an
update on commission activities.
The Town of Hay River would like to meet with the board to discuss and establish and agreement for shared roads.
The town board will meet on April 28, 2010 at 3:00 PM at the town hall to perform the annual road inspection.
The Board of Review will meet at 7:00 PM on May 11, 2010 and adjourn until a later date.
The next regular monthly board meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at 7:00 PM at the town hall.
