2010 Annual Meeting
April 13, 2010
The 2010 annual meeting of the Town of Sheridan was called to order at
7:00 PM by Chm. Bartlett. Notice of the meeting was by posting and by
publishing in the Dunn County News. A total of 7 people were present at
the meeting.
Minutes of the 2009 annual meeting were read. M/S to accept the minutes as read. Motion passed.
The 2009 financial report was presented. M/S to accept the report as presented. Motion passed.
The 2009 financial report of the Prairie Farm-Sheridan Fire Department
was given by Gary Allram. M/S to accept the report as presented. Motion
passed.
There was no old business to discuss at the meeting.
NEW BUSINESS:
The road report was given by Chm. Bartlett. The Prevailing Wage
Law will apply to road projects this year and Chm. Bartlett has
submitted an application to the Dept. of Workforce Development for work
on 1390th Ave and 490th St. Wirth Bros. are working on plans to replace
the briddge on 1450th Ave in 2011.
M/S to again join the Wisconsin Towns Association. Motion passed.
M/S to allow the board to set the date for next years annual meeting. Motion passed.
M/S to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed.
