Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at the Sheridan Town Hall. The purpose of the hearing will be to consider a petition by Arden and Patricia Eggleston that the Town Board lay out a roadway providing them with access to 40 acres of landlocked property that they own in Section 11.
