Minutes from March 31, 2009 Meeting read and approved
Current Issues and Observations:
Paul expressed a possible zoning violation on the Stuart property, an archery league is supposedly having a weekly shoot, cars are parking on the shoulders of Hwy 64
Robbie inquired about the manufactured home on Francesca's property on F; it appears the trailer set back against the tree line on the east boundary is being used as a residence
Old Business:
1. Plan Coordinator position
This position was heavily discussed and the duties and responsibilities were fully explained, motion by Robbie, Sec Mark to recommend the Town Board create this position motion carried.
2. Ordinance list to present to Town Board
Further discussion is needed and was tabled until June meeting
New Business:
1. Zoning and Ordinance infractions:
Discussion on the situation mentioned above; the property on F does not have a driveway up to current standards and Fred Weber cannot recall issuing an occupancy permit, the property on Hwy 64 is presently zoned A2 and current alleged usage is not a permitted use, it is however an excellent utilization of that property with correct zoning and off street parking provisions.
It was decided to inform the Town Board of these situations and ask them for their course of action.
2. County Zoning Changes: Tabled until June meeting
A. Shoreland non-navigable waterways
B. Agriculture Districts
C. Commercial Districts
3. Performance Bond Program
Brief discussion on this topic and the potential benefits and ramifications it would pose the Town. It was decided to readdress this in a future meeting.
4. Approved Service Provider List (surveyor, engineer and contractor)
This item would go hand in hand with item 3 so it to shall be readdressed in a future meeting

Next Plan Commission meeting is set for June 2, 2009 at Town Hall at 8:00 pm
